Hello.

Recently net-libs/glib-networking-2.38.2 gone stable on amd64. It depends on >=dev-libs/glib-2.38, which is marked ~amd64. Please mark glib-2.38 stable or move glib-networking back to ~amd64. This breaks stable branch.
