Please test on s390 and add ~s390 keyword.

Dracut provides S/390 specific modules: 80cms 95dasd 95dasd_mod 95zfcp 95znet.

It would be nice if someone could help maintain S/390 specific stuff in Dracut.

Let's not add it to s390, as we are unable to really check if it fully works.
