I don't know which info I should give other than .. try to register a new jabber account on CenterIM. I've also tested the unstable version (5.0.0_beta1) and 4.22.10 on Debian. always segfault .. (In reply to Walter Trautner from comment #1) > I don't know which info I should give other than .. try to register a new > jabber account on CenterIM. Run it from a terminal and get a gdb backtrace[1]. [1] http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Quality_Assurance/Backtraces Created attachment 370686 [details]
Backtrace
First of all, sry that I'd mentioned version 5.0.0_beta1 at all. The problem with this version had been, that it doesn't support jabber at all. I'm sry .. the fact that version 4.22.10 on debian also fails is still true. If something in the backtrace is missing or some more information needed, let me know :) I removed the old 4.x versions, please re-open if the issues persists with 5.x. |
