This file must match upstream for *other* people's configs to work. This behavior matches other distros, but not Debian, IIRC. Leaving as UNCONFIRMED, but 95% sure this is WONTFIX. The root of the problem here was the erroneous nginx wiki. I can confirm that those files do match upstream (but not the wiki). |
