media-gfx/darktable ebuid currently has a hard dependency on media-libs/openexr. This dependency is optional in the upstream. Most ebuilds control this dependency via openexr USE flag, it would be nice to add this to darktable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge media-gfx/darktable

Actual Results:  
media-libs/openexr in merged

Expected Results:  
Only merge media-libs/openexr if USE=openexr
