After running M-x org-reload RET, an error pops up and nothing happens:

Cannot open load file: ob.el

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emacs -Q
2. C-x C-f test.org
3. M-x org-reload RET
Actual Results:  
An error is shown.

Expected Results:  
org-mode is reloaded without any errors.

Sorry, but I cannot reproduce the problem.

Can you attach test.org? (Or is it a new file?)
Is the standalone app-emacs/org-mode installed? Which version?

My test.org was an empty file - just to load org-mode. I use org-mode that is included with emacs.
