path probably changed "s/cmake/cmake_unofficial/"

ls /var/tmp/portage/app-arch/lz4-9999/work/lz4-9999/cmake_unofficial

This patch fix all issues (cmake dir, invalid symlink)

There is now also a man page; adding "doman programs/lz4.1" would be useful as well.
