adding the ~amd64 flag to /usr/portage/media-sound/xmmsctrl/xmmsctrl-1.7.ebuild allowed it to build, install and successfully run the application

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add ~amd to /usr/portage/media-sound/xmmsctrl/xmmsctrl-1.7.ebuild
2. emerge xmmsctrl
3.

Actual Results:  
works interfaceing with xmms 1.2.10
