wget-pcre-uuid-opts.patch

In bug #432468, vapier worked around the fact that there were no pcre and uuid configure options, leading to automagic dependencies. Upstream has since added these and the previous workaround no longer works. In fact, I think it was vapier who provided the patch to upstream but for some reason, the change was never followed through here. Please see the attached patch to the ebuild.
