Please consider to grant editbugs privileges to Alex Xu (e-mail: alex_y_xu@yahoo.ca and IRC: Hello71). He has a history of reporting duplicates and other bug related contributions here on Bugzilla; on IRC, he has expressed interest in helping out with bug wrangling. I would like him to have editbugs privileges such that he can help us out there; since Alex is my mentee, I am already following every footstep taken.

I will be watching his edit history.
