media-tv/xmltv-0.5.64 has been released shortly before Christmas, with some retired, some new grabbers, some fixed... Would be nice to have it in the official portage tree

some description alignments to upstream, some grabber addtions from 0.5.64

ebuild diff against 0.5.57 from portage tree

updated also some grabber-specific dependencies, disabled retired grabbers, added new ones, verified with huro, built all uk_ grabbers and eu_egon, new introduced tools are building, too, did not test the rest of grabbers
