It's rather important to notice, that mirror is located in Rzeszow University of Technology, not in University of Rzeszow (these are two different universities). I managed to add new DNS record for the mirror, and now you can also get to distfiles mirror either via rsync or http protocol (so now valid addresses are: rsync://gentoo.prz.rzeszow.pl/gentoo or http://gentoo.prz.rzeszow.pl. IP is still the same: 62.93.34.55).
