"config.php" is the file that holds database username and password.


Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
When I updated from 1.10 to 1.11, this file was overwritten with the default file from the project. (It also happened with previous updates)

Expected Results:  
The file should be protected so that I can update it later with "etc-update"
