libgsf fails to compile while installing abiword

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge abiword
Actual Results:  
Fails to configure with:

checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool

Expected Results:  
Installed

Btw, this makes me feel a little dumb but in the future can anybody explain to me how to post without adding the "Reproducable"?
