source code is currenly unavailable due to gnu's comprimise I assume

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/pth/pth-2.0.0.tar.gz.back-RSN.README

Please let us know when it is available. Write an ebuild for it. Make sure it doesn't break:
