It would seems that alll GTK 2.4 and gnome 2.6 mm ebuilds are missing:

Steps to Reproduce:
1a. Do an emerge -s <ebuild>

alternatively 

1b. do an ls /usr/portage/dev-cpp/ <ebuild>

Actual Results:  
No ebuidl found

Expected Results:  
ebuilds present.
