Thanks for the ebuild. Could you please send a pull request for the sci overlay? Then we can do some review there and I will alter merge the ebuild into the main tree? =sci-biology/cufflinks-2.2.1 is already in the tree. |
Created attachment 365972 [details] cufflinks-1.3.0.ebuild Hi I update the cufflinks ebuild to the latest version In the src_prepare section, I do an hard link in the eigen dir (Cufflinks search the include dir in the eigen path), not sur if it's a good thing, but I don't know if cufflinks use it for work or if he use it only during the build.
