So far, with every KDE Update alle Ebuilds were updatet to the latest version.
But now with KDE 4.12.0 this seems to have changed.
The following Ebuilds are still only available as version 4.11.4:

So is this a policy change, or are they simply not bumped to version 4.12.0 yet?

Upstream is no longer releasing updates to the kde-workspace set of packages, ending with the 4.11 set.
