Usually arch teams prefer an attachment with a list listing all deps as:
${CATEGORY}/${P}

But feel free to CC arches

well, they are all CATEGORY (line 1, Description), dev-python/.  
They're a list I just didn't bother with an attachment, didn't seem long enough.

Arches please stabilise all listed.
