Hello,

I'm assigning this to java@ since the majority of mirror://apache/ ebuilds are in dev-java/.  Feel free to reassign as appropriate.

Approximately 25 of 250 mirrors in the 'apache' mirror group in profiles/thirdpartymirrors file appear to be invalid/dead.  These were checked as part of an analysis of all third party mirror lists.  The dead mirrors should probably be removed, and there may be a more up to date mirror list upstream that can be used.  Here is a status of all 'apache' mirrors:

I've attached a patch to totally replace this mirror list, based on the current upstream list here:

I've omitted the 'picotopia' mirror, as it appears to be dead.  All other mirrors are good.  This new list is much shorter than what we have now, but I think it's best if we stick to upstream's official mirror list... and 44 mirrors is still plenty.
