build log
I have this exact same build failure on Odroid U2 (ARMv7), so this bug seems to be related to ARM at large and not only Raspberry Pi. The source code is missing blowfish-arm.S, which is present on libgcrypt's git repository. Copying this file in the source code solves this particular issue, but other files are missing. Adding all *arm*.S files from git repository to the source folder makes it compile correctly. I don't know what's the best way to solve this, should we file a bug upstream? It really seems like somebody forgot to git add these files when adding ARM optimizations... Bug report filed upstream. https://bugs.g10code.com/gnupg/issue1584 These sources should have been added to EXTRA_libcipher_la_SOURCES to be included in make dist. *** Bug 495004 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Could you mask dev-libs/libgcrypt-1.6.0 on arm while this bug is unfix? last version does not give any issue. Thanks! Yes, please remove the arm keywords for this ebuild until this is fixed since we know version 1.6.0 will not build on any ARM processor. FYI + 16 Jan 2014; Markus Meier <maekke@gentoo.org> libgcrypt-1.6.0.ebuild: + mark -arm, bug #494668 + Issue will be fixed with next version (1.6.1) https://bugs.g10code.com/gnupg/issue1584 Fixed in 1.6.1. |
