mozilla overlay ebuild for spidermonkey:24  stops at qmerge state:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. layman -a mozilla
2.emerge spidermonkey:24

Actual Results:  
package does not get merged

Expected Results:  
merge success

System has installed:

spidermonkey-1.8.5-r4
spidermonkey-17.0.0-r1

in-tree 24.2.0 ebuilds don't have this issue.
