The "doc" USE flag was dropped between net-analyzer/linkchecker-8.4 and
net-analyzer/linkchecker-8.4-r1, documentation is now unconditional.

Dependencies for the documentation pull in several Qt libraries.

This is completely unacceptable: 
linkchecker is used as a commandline tool here, scripted in the background,
on a server which has no Qt installed at all, not even a GUI.

I deleted the doc parts from the 8.4-r1 ebuild,
and it emerged fine and ran fine without Qt,
so there is no need for Qt.
