I have a new full mirror for the mirror list.
The mirror is available under:
ftp://ftp.linux.lg.ua/pub/gentoo/
I sync the mirror every 4 hours
User limits are:
no limit 
I want to be an official mirror

ftp://ftp.linux.lg.ua/pub/gentoo/ does not allow anonymous connections. Assuming service is discontinued.
