ebuild

pysrt is required for subliminal-0.7.x. I would like to proxy maintain it. Attached ebuild works fine for me, all tests work fine too.

There are several upstream problems:
https://github.com/byroot/pysrt/issues/36 workaround is in ebuild
https://github.com/byroot/pysrt/issues/37 workaround is in ebuild
https://github.com/byroot/pysrt/issues/31 ebuild now supports only python2
