I have troubles downloading the thunderbird-bin releases from 24 one:

I can download from webpage just fine and https://ftp.mozilla.org works fine but I cannot access ftp server (I don't have ftp blocked as I tried FTP servers of other projects successfully).

Works for me; now that a day has passed, can you try again?

Works for me now as well. Sorry for delay but I checked if it wasn't problem with configuration of one particular network. 

I'm not sure if I've chosen correct new status.
