Hi- linux-gpib is now at version 3.2.20. It includes support for Linux kernel 3.12 (knows to make use of the rwsem tty struct member if it is being compiled against kernel versions >= 3.12). I am beginning to play with IEEE-488-compatible equipment and it would be great to have tools and libraries to talk to the stuff rather than having to learn the nitty-gritty of the protocol and reimpliment it myself (I can fairly safely say that the results would be lacking). I'll play around with just renaming the ebuild and testing the patches. If I get something that works, I'll attach it to this bug. Thanks! -Robin K.
