Placing this file in /etc/systemd/system/ works for me

Now you have two files in which you can make the same settings, but only one is applied. My unit file uses the same configuration file as before. systemd is not able to start the atftp daemon > systemctl start atftpd Failed to issue method call: Unit atftpd.service failed to load: No such file or directory. Reproducible: Always
