Could you please bump phpDocumentor to version 2.1.0? The 2.x branch was released more than 4 months ago.

Please forgive me for doing this as I see phpDocumentor2 is dev-php/phpDocumentor and dev-php/PEAR-PhpDocumentor seems to be PRE version 2, and thus this bug looked lonely and possibly orphaned.

Some really important bug fixes are in phpDocumentor 2.5.0 including ones I've needed since 2.3.1.

So when you have some time handy, I was hoping you could check into it.
