Login as root via gdm works or as user rose via ssh works. It seems to be connected with permissions of /run/user/1203 , where 1203 is my UID. Very often, if I can't loging via gdm or if I am logged in, but the gnome desktop is locked (mostly CTL-ALT-F1 is still working, sometimes I can only relogin via ssh), /run/user/1203/dconf/ or files in /run/user/1203/dconf/dconf/ changed is ownership from rose to root.
