I get the follow warning when I search bugs using "Simple Search".

  The custom sort order specified contains one or more invalid column names: relevance desc. They have been removed from the sort list.

I presume it either disappeared over time, or it's specific to your user preferences.  Please reopen if you still can see it (when doing new search).
