kmscon-8 adds dynamic font resizing, which is a really necessary feature on a modern desktop environment.

Also, fixes some bugs, for example hwaccell with mesa-9.2.

kmscon-7 -> kmscon-8 ebuild patch

kmscon-8 splits libtsm into a separate package, not sure what category it needs to go in, I stuck it in the same sys-apps category for now.  Also cairo and freetype2 support were removed.
