Bug 490418 – =app-i18n/ibus-1.5.4 - Trap error thrown and ibus fails to operate

I updated ibus from 1.5.3 to 1.5.4.
This is an error from system log:

ibus-setup fails to start:
$ ibus-setup 

(main.py:2398): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.freedesktop.ibus.general' is not installed

zsh: trace trap  ibus-setup

ibus-daemon is running but I cannot use to switcher keyboard shortcut.

Reverting to 1.5.3 makes things go normal again.

Reproducible: Always
