What udev/systemd versions? totem: 3.8.2-r1 gvfs: 1.16.3 sys-fs/udev: [ Not Installed ] virtual/udev: 206-r2 systemd: 206-r3 I would report to upstream (bugzilla.gnome.org) as the symlink was dropped from udev/systemd on purpose... but I am unsure if you are hitting: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=692553 Same problem here. Earlier version of Totem (before 3.8.2) used to show a "Play disc" menu item under Video or Movie. Now one must go to Open Location and type something like file:///dev/sr0 to play a DVD. FTR, it works just fine for me with totem-3.10. Please retry with 3.10 |
