Yubico is long longer maintaining ykneo-ccid-tools and suggests to switch to libykneomgr (has same + additional functionality)

I'll post some ebuild later today unless someone gets to it before me.

sys-auth/libykneomgr has been added to Portage. This bug can be closed.
