Great graphical manual and info page browser, beats xman hands down
Requires rman-3.0.9, tcl-8.3.3 and tk-8.3.3
Suggest app-doc/tkman
Requires a small patch file to adapt the Makefile to gentoo as it doesn't use
autoconf/automake
