Latest version unbundles debian devscripts which means they will have to be packaged separately

OK, OK got it :-) I haven't gotten to this because each time I look at devscripts my head starts to hurt (it's an intersting collection). I have now pushed my first draft of dev-utils/debian-devscripts to my overlay and I'll have a look at new version of rpmdevtools tomorrow. The devscripts is a minimal collection of things that I know were bundled in rpmdevtools and not nearly all of them. It's also quite ugly

Any updates on this? This would also be interesting to get this using new python eclasses too :)

it is in the tree now
