net-firewall/xtables-addons-2.3 requires kernel >= 3.10

I can not confirm the accuracy of this statement.
Please, provide git revision number.

xtables-addons-2.3 depends on kernel functions PDE_DATA.

PDE_DATA is introduced to kernel on 2013-04-09 (https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git/commit/include/linux/proc_fs.h?id=d9dda78bad879595d8c4220a067fc029d6484a16) and is in 3.10 release (2013-06-30) but not in 3.9.11 [EOL]. Compilation will fail on older than 3.10 kernel. I don't know how to get the GIT revision number.

I agree. This should depend on kernel >=3.10
