When attempting to emerge erss, the tarball is not found on any mirrors.
The tarball from 20040313 is there, however portage claims there is 20040417.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to emerge erss.

Actual Results:  
Goes through all mirrors and doesn't find tarball.

Download, emerge, enjoy
