Hi, What for? We are not the developers of these patches so we definitely can't review them as much as you'd like. Why backport a patch for 3.11 to 3.10? If you need to use 3.10 then use {ck,pf}-sources-3.10.X which have the proper 3.10 -ck patches. Markos, 3.10 is a LTS release of the linux kernel. Con does not backport his changes to BFS for LTS releases but this release of BFS was a bugfix. Therefore bug is valid. If it is gentoo policy to not support these old releases then please clean the tree out. (In reply to Joe Kappus from comment #2) > Markos, 3.10 is a LTS release of the linux kernel. We add whatever Con releases. The LTS only makes sense for the upstream kernel. Since this patchset contains non-upstream patches, it's no longer a supported LTS release |
