After upgrade to gnome 3.8 remote thumbnailing becomes non-functional.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open sftp://user@localhost
2. Copy an image there from somewhere

Actual Results:  
Nautilus tries to make a thumbnail of the image without any success. Actually thumbnailer processes are spawned one by one, but the thumbnail does not appear. 

Expected Results:  
The thumbnail must appear.

In what version of nautilus did this work?

As soon as I know this was 3.6.3

We cannot do much more downstream, please go to upstream report and try to provide a better backtrace (from what I see in provided backtrace there, glib was not compiled with debugging symbols)
