Running emerge dev-python/suds-0.4-r1 doesn't seem to install any python package at all. After installation the suds folder is no longer visible in site-packages and can't be imported either. The emerge log doesn't include anything about egg building and no files except README are installed:

~$ equery files suds 
/usr/share
/usr/share/doc
/usr/share/doc/suds-0.4-r1
/usr/share/doc/suds-0.4-r1/README.bz2

Downgrading suds to 0.4 works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install dev-python/suds-0.4-r1
2. ls -l /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/suds
3. python -c "import suds"

Actual Results:  
Suds folder is not visible in site-packages. Running python gives:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: No module named suds


Expected Results:  
Suds should be there.
