Here is the files to update.  Added one patch to each ebuild and renamed the gtk_doc patches to 1.0.4.  Note: This fixes the libgda/freetds bug #41747.  Also if 1.0.3 is moved to stable freetds support should be disabled since it won't compile.

1.0.4 finally bumped in portage. 1.1.5 is a dev version, so we're not going to put that in. thanks for your patience and report.
