These are in the wrong spot: Option "SWcursor" #Option "HWCursor" "False" HWCursor defaults to on with the sis driver, so try changing the above to: Option "SWcursor" "True" #Option "HWCursor" "False" Also move it into the Section "Device" with the sis driver (note, there are two Device sections) If that doesn't work around the problem, can you attach a screenshot? Also try a few methods of starting X, such as xdm and startx. Ok I will try it.... The suggestion of the last person did not work. Please reopen and change the summary if this is still a problem with >=xorg-x11-6.8.0. For me, you can close this bug because a) I don't use a X-Server anymore b) Its a long time ago that I installed Gentoo. Best regards & wishes! |
