After installing kde-base/kde-meta-4.11.1, with use flags "bluetooth" set in /etc/portage/make.conf, "emerge -depclean" ask to remove net-wireless/bluedevil.
Without net-wireless/bluedevil package the kde bluetooth stack stop working.
