Ebuild for MySQL Workbench 6.0.7

Followup to Bug #482156 - MySQL Workbench 6.0.6 version bump request.

There is a new version available...

I've updated the old ebuild to the new version.

A new dependency is necessary - dev-python/pysqlite (available in layman repository "process").

The dependency on SQLITE3 was removed.

CMakeLists Patch for 6.0.7

- fix installation (missing ${PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR]
- fail if a library could not be found
- USE_GNOME_KEYRING for use flag gnome-keyring
- USE_UNIXODBC renamed to USE_IODBC for use flag iodbc
- added comment to why the bundled antlr must be used
