adding the ~amd64 flag to/usr/portage/media-sound/sweep/sweep-0.8.2-r1.ebuild allowed it to build, install and successfully run the application

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add ~amd keyword to /usr/portage/media-sound/sweep/sweep-0.8.2-r1.ebuild
2. emerge sweep
3. 

Actual Results:  
working application;  
test-drove it for a while with a nice concert recording of Jamrioquai.
