Bug #479348 was fixed, but now kernel-3.10 has new build failure:

grsecurity/grsec_sysctl.c:465:15: error: ‘one’ undeclared here (not in a function)

This is off the tree now.  Can you try 3.11.1-r2 and reopen if this is still a probelm.
