Upgraded to qt-3.3.1-r2, recompiled arts/kde/etc, and now everything works.

***recommend mentioning this to the qt maintainers, because we need qt-3.3.1-r2***


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh installation
2. QT-3.3.0-r1
3. KDE-3.2.1
4. Attempt to customize window decoration button layout via drag'n drop

Actual Results:  
Drag'n drop hangs.  Xcursor looks like the "add files" shape.  [+] 
kwindecoration is unresponsive. 

Expected Results:  
Drag'n drop of button should have completed successfully
