when installing gtk-engines-2.2.0 i get the following error:

checking for GTK - version >= 1.2.9... yes
checking for imlib-config... no
checking for IMLIB - version >= 1.8... no

lqx, could you check that logic in the eclass again. Either that or portage is messing up.

I'm hitting this bug too... hasn't been fixed since April?
